InfinityDM
Privacy Policy
Effective July 12, 2026 | Version 2026-07-12-v1
This Privacy Policy explains how InfinityDM handles information when you use the service.
1. Operator and contact
InfinityDM is operated by an individual based in the United States. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@infinitydm.world.
2. Information collected
- account information such as email address, Google authentication identifier, name, profile image, gamertag, preferences, and account status;
- heroes, campaigns, worlds, characters, prompts, commands, messages, multiplayer participation, and content shared with campaign participants;
- generated text, images, campaign state, inventories, rules state, and related service records;
- usage, feature-interaction, acquisition, device, browser, IP address, diagnostic, security, and server-log information;
- support messages and feedback; and
- payment-provider customer identifiers, subscription and transaction status, invoices, refunds, disputes, and Gem ledger information.
Full card numbers are collected and processed by the payment provider and are not stored by InfinityDM.
3. How information is used
InfinityDM uses information to:
- create and maintain accounts, campaigns, heroes, and multiplayer sessions;
- send prompts and relevant campaign context to AI services and return generated text or images;
- provide subscriptions and Gems, fulfill purchases, and maintain entitlements and balances;
- provide support, debug failures, evaluate and improve service reliability, and communicate service or billing information;
- secure the service, prevent abuse and fraud, enforce the Terms, and comply with law.
InfinityDM does not currently use user content to train an InfinityDM-owned AI model.
4. AI and infrastructure providers
Prompts, campaign context, character data, images, and related information may be sent to third-party providers as needed for a requested feature. Depending on feature, routing, availability, and beta configuration, material AI providers include Google, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Mistral, Z.AI, Maritaca AI, and fal.ai. Image features may use fal.ai, Google image services, Z.AI, or OpenAI. Google also provides account authentication. Amazon Web Services provides hosting, databases, object storage, logs, email infrastructure, and related cloud services.
The provider set and specific models may change as the beta evolves. Provider handling, retention, and model-improvement practices depend on the applicable API or business service and account configuration. InfinityDM does not promise that every provider retains no data; providers process data under their own terms and settings.
5. Multiplayer visibility
Content shared in a multiplayer campaign may be visible to the host, invited players, and other authorized campaign participants. Do not submit information you do not want those participants to see.
6. Payment processing
Stripe and, for applicable Managed Payments checkouts, Link process payments and may act as merchant of record. They may collect name, contact and billing details, payment-method and transaction information, tax information, and fraud or identity signals. Their privacy terms apply to their processing. InfinityDM receives the information needed to match purchases, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and entitlements to an account.
7. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be disclosed to providers supporting hosting, databases, authentication, AI text and image generation, first-party product analytics, email, customer support, payment processing, and security or fraud prevention. It may also be disclosed to professional or legal advisers when necessary and to authorities when legally required.
InfinityDM does not sell personal information and does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current product uses its own operational and product telemetry, not third-party advertising pixels.
8. Administrative access
The authorized operator or administrators may access account information and user content when reasonably necessary for support, debugging, service evaluation, safety, abuse or fraud investigation, security, or legal compliance. Access is limited to legitimate operational purposes. Campaign content is not end-to-end encrypted.
9. Retention
Account and campaign information is retained while an account remains active and afterward for a limited period when reasonably necessary for service operation, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, payment records, or legal obligations. Different records have different operational lifecycles. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups and logs until those systems are overwritten or no longer reasonably needed.
10. Deletion and choices
The in-product Delete Account control immediately disables account access and records a deletion request. It does not presently promise immediate removal of every campaign, generated asset, backup, payment record, security log, or fraud record. Contact hello@infinitydm.world for access, correction, or deletion requests and for help completing a request where applicable. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for transactions, disputes, security, backups, or legal obligations.
Campaign hosts can delete campaigns through the product. Subscription renewals can be canceled through the billing portal in the profile. Service emails may include their own preference or unsubscribe controls where applicable; essential account and billing messages may still be sent.
11. Security
InfinityDM uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Minors
InfinityDM is intended only for users 18 and older and is not intended for children or minors. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors may be restricted, and associated information may be deleted as appropriate.
13. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where service providers operate. Laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory privacy rights available under applicable law.
14. Changes and contact
The effective date and version will be updated when this Policy changes. Material changes may be communicated through the service or by email. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to hello@infinitydm.world.
