Terms of Service

InfinityDM is an online service operated by an individual based in the United States. InfinityDM is the public service identity; no company is represented by these Terms. Contact the operator at hello@infinitydm.world.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account, use InfinityDM, or make a purchase. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors may be restricted or closed. InfinityDM does not require identity documents as part of ordinary age confirmation.

InfinityDM is an evolving public beta. Features, AI models and providers, Gem costs, and reasonable usage limits may change. The service may contain bugs or experience interruptions, and continuous availability is not guaranteed. Keep your own copy of anything you consider irreplaceable; campaigns and generated content are not an archival storage service.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your Google account and devices secure.
• Do not sell, transfer, or share access to your InfinityDM account.
• Promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support.
• InfinityDM may restrict a compromised, fraudulent, or abusive account.

InfinityDM uses artificial intelligence to generate narrative, rules interpretations, images, suggestions, and other content. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, or similar to output generated for another user. InfinityDM is an entertainment service. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice, or for consequential real-world decisions.

You retain any rights you have in prompts, campaigns, characters, worlds, messages, and other content you submit. You grant InfinityDM a limited license to host, store, technically reproduce, process, transmit to service providers, generate responses from, display to authorized campaign participants, moderate, secure, support, and otherwise operate the service using that content. This license lasts only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and does not grant InfinityDM a marketing or model-training right.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit your content.

Content shared in a multiplayer campaign can be seen by the host, invited players, and other authorized campaign participants. Hosts control invitations and membership through the available campaign controls. Do not share sensitive personal information in a campaign. InfinityDM may remove content or participants when reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, safety, or service operation.

You may not use InfinityDM to create, distribute, facilitate, or attempt:

• sexual exploitation of minors, sexual content involving minors, grooming, or attempts to exploit minors;
• non-consensual intimate content, doxxing, credible threats, harassment, or harmful deception or impersonation;
• fraud, malware, illegal activity, or infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
• unauthorized access, security bypasses, abusive automation, scraping, or resale outside permitted interfaces; or
• payment fraud or abuse of purchases, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

InfinityDM may investigate and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or content for these reasons. InfinityDM does not promise to proactively monitor every item of user content.

The InfinityDM software, interface, branding, original service content, and related materials belong to the operator or applicable licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of user content or third-party SRD material to InfinityDM.

InfinityDM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Paid products, benefits, prices, billing intervals, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe and, for applicable Managed Payments checkouts, Link as merchant of record. InfinityDM receives transaction and entitlement information but does not receive or store full card numbers. The payment provider's terms may also apply. You must be authorized to use the payment method. Fraudulent, unauthorized, reversed, or disputed payments may result in restriction of paid benefits.

Infinity Pro renews automatically at the price and monthly interval shown before purchase until canceled. You may cancel future renewals at any time through the billing portal in your profile. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period, and access normally continues until then. Except for the refund rules below or rights required by law, unused time is not prorated or refunded.

Gems are limited digital service credits usable only for eligible InfinityDM features. They are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, a bank balance, or money held for you; they have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable. The number of Gems, purchase price, and Gem cost of eligible actions are shown or otherwise made reasonably clear before the transaction or action.

Gems may be purchased, included with a subscription, or granted promotionally. Paid, subscription, and promotional Gems may be accounted for differently. InfinityDM may correct balances affected by technical errors, duplicate fulfillment, refunds, fraud, disputes, or chargebacks. Refunding or reversing a Gem purchase permits removal of the corresponding Gems or related benefits and restriction of a balance while a negative or disputed amount is resolved. Gems do not expire under the current product rules.

• First Infinity Pro charge: request a full refund within 14 calendar days. Where law permits, a request may be denied if paid benefits were substantially consumed or there is evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, or material service abuse.
• Accidental renewal: request a refund within 48 hours after the renewal charge if no material paid benefit was used after renewal.
• Gem pack: request a refund within 14 calendar days only if none of the Gems or associated benefits from that purchase were consumed or used. Gem packs are not partially refundable. A refund permits removal of the associated Gems.

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded. Report unauthorized charges promptly to hello@infinitydm.world so InfinityDM can investigate with the payment provider. If a refunded or disputed Gem balance is insufficient because Gems were spent, InfinityDM may restrict purchases, paid features, or the account while resolving the balance or abuse; campaigns and generated outputs are not automatically deleted solely because Gems were refunded. Refunds required by law remain available. Stripe, Link, card networks, or another payment provider may also issue refunds or reversals under their own rules.

InfinityDM may restrict or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for Terms violations, safety, illegal content, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, technical protection, legal compliance, or operation of the beta. Free and paid access may become unavailable while restricted. InfinityDM may cancel future subscription renewal and may restrict Gems associated with disputed or reversed payments. Treatment of paid benefits and account data remains subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

InfinityDM may change models, providers, features, prospective Gem prices or action costs, and reasonable usage limits; discontinue features; suspend the service; and correct technical or economic errors. Completed purchase prices will not be changed retroactively. Material subscription price changes apply only with notice and as permitted by the payment provider and applicable law.

InfinityDM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. To the extent permitted by law, total liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid to InfinityDM-related payment providers in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Virginia law governs these Terms, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

The effective date and version will be updated when these Terms change. Material changes may be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after the new effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted, and InfinityDM may request renewed affirmative acceptance for material changes.
